Godzilla vs Kong- Mechagodzilla- First Pass

First Pass at Mechagodzilla. I wanted to take a different approach with it, based around the idea of an internal structure with a series of tough modular plates on the exterior that could work as protection and almost give it a "roll cage" feeling. Played around with military Green version that would look like Classic Godzilla as well. Final design handled beautifully by Legacy Effects and Jared Krichevsky !
